Technical Product Manager (f/m)

Key Responsibilities

You will play a central role for our high-praised customer relationship management. With responsibility for end consumer support and handling SI/VAR channels as well as managing internal IT infrastructure, you are the technical expert in our team. As the person responsible for CRM, you will handle customer inquiries from B2C and write easy to understand, clear and useful tutorials as well as generating solutions for B2B customers. Within these sectors you will be in charge of first and partly second level support for generating and evaluating customer demands as well as expand the SI/VAR channel.

Professional Requirements

We would be delighted to hear from anyone with IT Master’s degree or comparable studies that has a flair for IT, especially for networking and storage solutions, and profound knowledge of Linux, Windows and Mac OS X. The advanced use of the prevalent Office applications is assumed. As you are responsible for the German market, you should have excellent German communication skills as well as advanced English knowledge to work in an international environment.
