Manage & Share Effortlessly
The HTML5 web technology allows you to drag and drop documents from PC to File Station easily. To move or copy a file, all you need to do is drag it from one folder to another. This applies to all types of files – presentation, sales report spreadsheet, videos and any other digital content. To make things even more natural for you, the hot keys support lets you perform actions such as copy, paste, select and many more combinations on a keyboard.
Smooth Browsing
File Station makes browsing files on the web easier than ever. With Continuous Browsing, you won’t have to click next to switch to another page: the page expands seamlessly as you scroll. When browsing through files, you can switch to Thumbnail View for photos and List View for work documents to help you find the right file faster.
Built-In Search Engine

The Advanced Search feature offers numerous options to make your search more precise and save you more time. Just type in the keyword and choose from file type, last modified date, location, size or owner of the file to narrow down the search. User Privileges & Windows ACL
Large-scale businesses are made up by branches and teams, so who has the access right to which file becomes very important. Manage user and group access rights on any given shared folder right on File Station. When you create a shared folder, you can also setup permissions in a streamlined process. In addition, administrators can define more fine-grained, file-based privilege settings with Windows ACL. This can be done right within File Station. Using the Permission Editor, all 13 advanced options can be easily check off to give the integrity level you need for your business.
Google Docs Support
You are faced with different Office documents every day. Even without Office applications, you can still preview documents on your DiskStation via Google Docs support. Every format supported by Google Docs can be opened in File Station, including Adobe PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and many others you work with on a daily basis.
